i know im probably doin something wrong when i try to put up a background but i also get it on the front like lets say i will take a bLack(random) background the whole sig turns black and i cant seem to get it right D:

No problem. And maybe you should try to use more layers or use masking layers or something. then you can make a background behind the actual picture. Try some tutorials and try out very much different things in ps.

totaly black corner on the left should be removed, it just doesnt fit there

With backgrounds you add them first, add some effects then find a good render or stock to match and add it, add some effects.

It's ok, since your pretty new but you'll slowly but surely get better.

Well, there are a lot of things that you need to change/add/remove, but first you should learn the photoshop basics IMO, and then start reading tutorials how signatures works ^^

To begin with, the blue smudging? is too distracting, maybe you should remove it. And, also, its very empty. The way you've placed your render/stock leaves so much space that you don't know how to fill yet. :/
