Kuririns Power Level at Namek Arc. in his normal state was 24500.
Vegetas Power Level at the Saiyan Arc. in his normal state was 18000.

Edit: When Vegeta went all out with his Garlick Gun against Goku his PL. was over 41000.
Kuririn should be able to top that, if he'd go all out ofc.

It had nothing to do with power level but Guildo's special ability. In terms of power, Krillin said himself that he was weak, but on the contrary of Vegeta, they had no knowledge on his special ability, reason why they had difficulties to turn around his time control techniques. Later on, we saw Krillin defeating effortlessly a Ginue in Goku's body with a power level of over 20.000(so above Sayan arc Vegeta's who was at 18.000)

You're the one kidding here if you think Vegeta would have won, when it's stated that Krillin was almost 4times stronger than him in the databook judging by their respective power levels(75.000 for Krillin, 18.000 for Vegeta)

vegeta still wins... it was gohan that got the power boost to reach vegeta's earth attack lvl, not krillin... krillin was still weaker than vegeta when vegeta was on earth after he got the boost from guru.... now gohan had a chance, and would of won hand down if u count the two more power ups he got from being healed by dende after the power up from guru...

i no krillin got a boost from guru, but he was still weaker than gohan after gohan got his boost, and it was stated that gohan was the same power lvl as vegeta when they were on earth after gohan got his boost... also krillin never got a boost after guru gave him a boost he got brave enough to attack freeza but that is not a boost in power just confidence... also vegeta's power lvl on earth was 18000.... and ginue didnt even come close to unlocking a small percent of goku's power, and it was mainly gohan and vegeta that brought goku/genyu down...
