Not the best at this, but I'll give it a try

1. Nagato: The one who helped find true peace..


2. Mei: Not a bad character.


3. Hashirama: One of the best characters, He's like a second (but first) Naruto


4. Jiraiya: A perverted but peaceful man.


5. Naruto: The best character in this series. His resolve to never give up and determination is what helps him get this far.


6. Sasuke: I don't really have anything against Sasuke, In fact Part 1 not-going-to-orochimaru Sasuke would have to be the best one..but the newer Sasuke's went downhill.


7. Ten-Ten: Not a bad character but in need for character development.


8. Kisame: Care's about his comrades and is even willing to give his life away to avoid giving away information.


9. Gaara: He once shared the same fate as Naruto, Even his father tried to kill him..But now he is a developed character who became Kazekage and has comrades and friends everywhere.


10. Itachi: Cares for his little brother Sasuke more than anything...He is a good character at heart.


11. Iruka: The one who thought Naruto the way of the ninja, he considers Naruto as his little brother.


12. Sakura: I personally don't hate Sakura, but her personality and the way she acts kind of irritates me..She is in need of ALOT of character development.

10. Itachi: Powerful MoFo who had to make tough choices and live with them

11. Iruka: guy who was forced to be friends with naruto

part 1 she was a terrible pos who should have been killed off Part 2 a kunoichi who has improved much and shown to be a capable shinobi
