In relation to this thread...i really like how she says "cyclone scythe jutsu"!
and i like how in one episode she nearly kicked konohamaru's a$$ but then she was nearly struck by a rasengan which would've hurt her bad...i liked that fight, she underestimated him because he was a genin but then she was threatened even if it were a couple of seconds ..she was threatened by a genin!

Wow, a Temari thread. Must people forget she exists.

Temari is my favorite female character, but I'll admit she is sadly irrelevant and barely shown. She serves two roles. Protective sister to Gaara and love interest/rival to Shikamaru. She is boring as hell around Gaara. But awesome around Shikamaru since we get to see her true character when they interact. A tsundere with a sweet side.

And that is about it with her. Such is life when you are a background character in Naruto. Even Kankuro got way more to do in the war. Hopefully she gets an ending with Shikamaru and lots and ponytailed genius children.
