The Sharingan is the second strongest Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai and the strongest Genjutsu KG in Naruto world, this KG belongs to the Uchiha clan.
The user of the Sharingan can see the flow of the foe's chakra and can copy his techniques, also the professional users of the Sharingan can use some extremely dangerous Genjutsu techniques.
The first technique is Tsukuyomi, the second jutsu is Izanami the jutsu that can put the target in a loop in exchange of one eye sight.
Also the users of the Sharingan can use Izanagi, the jutsu that can change destiny.
There is another evolution of the Sharingan, which is the Mãngekyō Shanringan an evolution that changes the look of the Sharingan and increases it's visual power. The Mãngekyō Shanringan can be awakened when the Uchiha member tastes the pain of losing a dear person, and gets filled with evil and hatred, If the user lost to his hatred and evil emotions, the Mãngekyō Shanringan gives him a new KG, which is the Blaze Release.
The MS can also give the user 2 great and forbidden jutsus (Susãno'õ and Amãterasu).
Each Uchiha member is blessed with a hidden jutsu, in his Sharingan that only his eyes can perform, the user can use that ability when he awaken the Mãngekyō Shanringan ( Kamui and Kotoamatsukami).

1.The Uchiha clan: The power to control the Tailed Beasts.
2.The Senju clan: The power to counter the Tailed Beasts chakra.

And when the spear is fully formed, my clones form an opening on you and i throw the spear at u. shocking you completely/to the maximum that i think a normal ninja can take to aid in activating their sharingan.
Now, u must use this pain you are feeling to activate the sharingan, use the pain to make your chakra flow faster than it usually does to that eye to make the sharingan appear. hopefully, this will be the only thing it takes...ive had harder ones, who have had to take a world more of hurt.

Itachi sits like a boss without moving, but suddenly a huge and strong current of lightning shocks and burns his ass from bellow, then a strong bolt comes from heaven and damages his back and head, so he starts screaming like a bitch, then a spear of lightning shocks him painfully so he starts screaming much louder and blood starts flowing much faster in his body, and his chakra automatically starts to move fast to his eyes, blood starts to come outta his mouth and eyes and suddenly his vision changes, everything is blurry, then again the color of his eyes changes and becomes red, everything he sees is red, and once again his vision becomes clear, Itachi stands up and tries to struggle against the pain he stars at his master and suddenly he gains the ability to see Vision's chakra flow, he takes a blade and uses it like a mirror...
