“Waste it” implies you spend money without adequate return/satisfaction, so definitely save up. If you mean “spend it”, then it really depends on what you’re spending that money on.

yeah but what i want to buy is like a car and other stuff but some people say save it for when you want to buy or rent a apartment in the future etc
Both important. How important is the car to you right now, if you need it then get it. If you don't then don't get it.

It's not that simple, there's too many factors at play which you have to consider, like having a sure incoming and shit...

Then you’re not wasting money. Just because there are other things you want to spend money on/save money for, doesn’t mean that the things you do spend your money on will lose their value. In your case, it really depends on your needs. Do you really need a car? I know a couple of friends who don't have and need a car since public transport is readily available for them.

Save it, put it in a savings account and put about 5-10% of your income into that savings account. Don't be a miser though there's nothing wrong with spending money but from personal experience it's best to know when a wise time is to spend such monetary funds. But first and foremost keep it in a savings account. Unless you really need to spend it don't, 41k plans are best.

How about you save most of it for your future and continue to save small amounts for a car?

Save. The best decisions I've made in my life were possible because I saved money. Always save money always, so you always have some sort of safety net or towards your goals.

But being broke is not an option for me.

Invest. Invest in practicalities first: A car, necessities, cell phone, etc. After that maintain enough unspent money to pay off your expenses regularly. Then buy minimum luxuries to maintain your sanity if you have any money left. If you still have a sizable amount after that, you can look into securities if you want.
