i was thinking about that line too... i am sure it cannot be madara you would need to close to madara inorder to use FTG on him
i guess they are going to use that jutsu on a ninja that has some mastery over the water element, since they were talking about defending against madara's jutsu

that does not make sense, madara was not going to destory the tech and the only people who know it were with the mai (or is it mei, i am not sure) and away from madara
