Well there isnt rule that says that he couldnt use ms since he is an uchiha avatar and he could just kill his best freind but ems he would have to killan uchiha whos his brother as far as the thunder god jutsu he could be taught it but we`d need to get confermation that minato taught it to him .

Hey Minato we need you to confirm that you taught Sasuke Uchiha the flying thunder god jutsu and that your Sasuke Uchiha is your best friend and that he has killed you we need this confirmed to that all the members will know.

Yea he is my brother and i did teach him the jutsu and the reason's i die alot is because he cries and all that but this time i won't hold back on him and when we all defeat him i'll make sure he doesn't cheat
