Sauske closed eye?

Did anyone notice that Sauske's left eye with rinnegan tomoe was closed the entire duration of this chapter? I don't recall Madara punching him in it lol! So maybe it has to rest from usage what are you all thoughts!

If Sasuke's eye really is the Juubi's eye ( Juubi only has one eye.) Then it is already a complete set in itself. It would make sense as to why Sasuke is closing his left eye (Its power should be taxing)

Sasuke saw what happened to Kakashi and doesn't want his eye stolen as well lol. In all seriousness it's probably to conserve chakra or it could be that closing his eyes helps to regenerate the tomoe, seeing as we saw in the previous chapter that his eye was losing a ring of tomoe with each use of his eye.

Well there are 2 options as to why his eye is closed. The first is that he is unable to use its power but once before having to let it recharge, similar to KA but a shorter CD. The second option is that having the eye open is incredibly taxing on his chakra.
