Your theory is kinda strung together in a translucent string. Also, the last sentence you made didn't really tie into this "theory". You really gave no basis that Sasuke can/will get the Rinnegan and/or will revive Madara or the Uchiha. From what I've gathered from the manga, Sasuke hates Madara and Obito. Also, Obito said he will sync the "statue" with Sasuke. Meaning Obito wants Sasuke to be the jinchuuriki for the Juubi. Madara cannot become the jinchuuriki because of his current state. So, Sasuke is needed.
