The Hyūga Clan (日向一族, Hyūga Ichizoku) is one of the four noble clans of Konohagakure. All members born into this clan possess the Byakugan, a kekkei genkai that gives them extended fields of vision and the ability to see through solid objects and even the chakra circulatory system, amongst other things. Members of this clan also possess the unique ability to expel chakra from any of the tenketsu in their body.
Looks:
Saten is genderfluid in the sense that they have both the appearence of male or female depending on how they feel on that day. More often than not, Saten has the appearance of a man in his 20's who is in top physical fitness. He is usually seen in bandages covering his face, neck and upper arms. He wears a green billowy cape, green pants and presumably black leather shoes. He does however not wear anything on his upper body aside from his cape. He also wears large metalic forearm bands on both arms which he uses in conjunction to his techniques.
Personality:
While Blade has a serious and respectful appearance, his actual personality is in direct conflict with the image he attempts to project. A sample of this is how Blade distorts verses from his Bible into his own perverse iterations.
Blade is an energetic man with the tendency of reacting violently and unexpectedly. He has constantly raised his voice in a violent shout, laughed at a monster, and due to his strength; tends to destroy his surroundings with raging strikes. This is generally when he is about to take advantage in a fight or order someone to be his slave.
Blade is obsessed with little girls, having signs of being a lolicon, to the point that he will immediately ask these girls on a date, or promise to be their slave. In fact, Eve has stated that Blade's only weakness is "girls".
He is often seen having nosebleeds and stated that panty shots of little girls are a totally different thing. In fact, everything surrounding little girls makes Blade go out of his mind. However, all of his eccentric characteristics and personality are mostly for comical effect. In spite of it all, Blade will not hesitate to fight cute girls if his life or the lives of his comrades are in jeopardy.
Another obsession Blade seems to have is about thinking or wishing that their friends or loved ones were dead. This side of Blade's personality has unveiled itself out several times through out the series. Including his eccentric behavior around girls, which is all for comical effect.
Blade has claimed that he is not the kind of person that helps his fellow man. However, he has helped his friends and other people (especially cute girls) in several situations, such as saving Cruz on various occasions or going to rescue Eve from Simeon's hands without thinking about the consequences. In spite of himself, Blade remains a compassionate human being who retains a strong sense of justice.

Those who inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless, white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge. Unlike the other two great dōjutsu, all members of the clan possess it, and can use the kekkei genkai from birth, as opposed to needing to awaken or else, not inheriting it at all. Unlike a transplanted Sharingan, a transplanted Byakugan can be activated and deactivated at will.

The Gentle Fist (柔拳, Jūken) is a form of hand-to-hand combat used by members of the Hyūga clan. It inflicts internal damage through attacking the body's Chakra Pathway System, subsequently injuring organs which are closely intertwined with the area of the network which has been struck. To do this, the user surgically injects a certain amount of their own chakra into the opponent's chakra pathway system, causing damage to surrounding organs due to their proximity to the chakra circulatory system. Even the slightest tap can cause severe internal damage, hence the name "gentle" fist.

Not much is known about Saten, except that he often will take lucrative contracts to make the most money he possibly can. Not much is known about his abilities except that almost all those that cross him do not live to tell the tale. Looking to make a name for themself and to make money, Saten will be seen around the Shogunate more often than not, looking for bounty work.
