That's just how Sai also reacts to both Naruto and Sakura when Sasuke's topic surfaces. He quickly caught Naruto liking Sakura.
SasuSaku ... I wonder how those two will end up....I mean seriously ,this couple stands ever since the series Naruto started... that's quiet some time especially if you consider that they aren't really a couple at all!!! Whats the point in making it last this long when it's doomed in the end anyways! It just doesn't fit, I am sure we will get to see some more regarding their relationship! I am quiet curious how it will turn out in the end !

Using the -kun as an affectionate term, much like the -chan, doesn't necessarily mean the feelings are still romantic. The question isn't coming down to pairings however; it's going to be a Team 7 Showdown, I'm sure of it. Sakura doesn't trust Sasuke, and Shikamaru and Sai- being two of the most perceptive and logically-thinking shinobi- know Sakura well enough to know that if SHE of all people doesn't trust Sasuke.... something is still very, very wrong.
Sakura cares about both of them, but the fact that she cares about Sasuke still has her in emotional torment. This is a man that she's loved since she was very young, going from a silly crush to a much deeper, but poisonous, love. She knows it's poison in her. So the fact that she still loves him after he's tried to kill her on multiple occasions- nullifying any affection he had shown her as his teammate prior- makes her miserable. She KNOWS how Naruto feels about her, she KNOWS that Naruto would do anything for her to make her happy and she KNOWS Naruto would die for herself and Sasuke if that was what he thought was best. She also knows, deep down, that Naruto would truly be the best for her... they both care about one another so deeply that they will do stupid, reckless things for one another (usually having to do with the conflict with Sasuke). And that knowledge, coupled with the fact that she DOES love Naruto and either doesn't know it, or doesn't want to acknowledge it, makes it all the worse that she can't 100% get over Sasuke. For her to get over Sasuke is essentially tearing a limb from her emotional self.
Sakura will be much stronger when she does it- and I'm confident she will. However, she is also probably about to do something very reckless, though courageous, to stop Sasuke from killing Naruto. She is going to either severely injure or kill herself protecting the man she truly loves from the snake in her heart (forgive the pun and stupid symbolism), and in the process will either kill or severely wound that snake. And we can only imagine what this will do to Naruto; I imagine that, at this point, if Sasuke shows absolutely no remorse for injuring Sakura (and he likely won't), Naruto will finally realize Sasuke's true nature, and that will give Sakura the final push towards severing Sasuke from her emotional self entirely. She will heal, in time.
Shikamaru and Sai, unfortunately, KNOW she's about to do something because she's hiding something and doesn't trust Sasuke. What they don't know is what she will do, and so for the time being at least won't be able to stop her.
