and naruto if he develops a working relationship with the kyuubi and masters tb rasengan, he is fast enough to escape amaterasu and susanoo arrows even in close range, can sense malicious intent, is fast enough to render the sharingan useless, could break out of sasuke's weak genjutsu (unless he now has itachi's tsukuyomi power in which case the situation becomes much less clearcut), has clones to increase his power and chances and waste sasuke's chakra levels fighting them, has a lot higher chakra levels than sasuke, and has a way to break through susanoo, while his chakra cloak renders sasuke's chidori useless (the thing was able to tank a hit from raikage which naruto said would have defeated him instantly were he not wearing the cloak)

Mei would lose bad. She thought she was tough for beating up a weakend sasuke.
Her lava wouldnt do anything against a complete susanoo which sasuke now haves, and even if the lava COULD, it wouldnt be much help, seeing how it even took forever for her to melt the incomplete form. Second, sasuke has a effing mangekyou, trap her in a illusion. Lava release, sure, if it cant hit her. But sasuke has amaterasu..yea. Overall sasuke would win.
