Sasuke's worst match up

No overpowered characters like madara, tobi, so6p, hashirama

I'd say its Mei

Her boil release melts susanoo
Her boil release chokes sasuke so he has no defense unless he holds his breath
Her Water release stops sasukes fire techniques
She is a long range fighter so sasuke will find it hard to get close especially as susanoo seems to hinder movement
Sasuke's arrows could be blocked by her lava release when it solidifies IMO
The only problem is amaterasu which is probably the most difficult jutsu in the narutoverse to avoid/ prevent especially because sasuke has a lot of control over it

Mei melted the incomplete Susanoo's bones, back then Susanoo didn't have his armor. People need stop underestimating Susanoo, it is a ridicoulesly strong semi-god mode ability.

Itachi and Madara would beat the crap out of Sasuke anyday, however I am not sure about EMS Sasuke because I don't know how strong he is

means he can dodge amaterasu
