After the battle against the juubi, Madara is sealed away and Obito is dead. Kakashi is alive, and name Hokage, and Naruto is suppose to be the next. Sakura is suspicious of Sasuke's motive, and after awhile confronts him about it.
Naruto is blinded by the happiness he has thinking Team 7 is back together, not caring about being Hokage, just having all his friends is important.
Location training field, at night.
*Sasuke stabs Naruto in the back with his sword enhanced by lightning style*
*Naruto falls to his knees holding the wound with both hands*
Naruto: Sa-suu-ke, gr what are you do-ing!?!?
Sakura: Sasuke! Why are you doing this?
Sasuke: Sakura, I am taking my own path from here.
Naruto: Af-ter all that at the err battle, now this.
Sasuke: I protected the village because I didn't want my brother, Itachi's death to be in vain.
*Sakura is frozen, stares in shock, and fear*
Sasuke: From here im taking my own path.
*Sasuke stabs Naruto again*
*Naruto falls flat on the ground*
Sakura: *Gasps!*
Sasuke: Sakura
*Sakura looks Sasuke into eyes*
Sasuke: I, love you.
*Tears fall from her eyes*
Sasuke: After all you've done, I held you closer than just a teammate, but then I had only focused on gaining the power I needed to avenge my clan.
Sakura: Why, why did you do this to Naruto.
Sasuke: Naruto, my closest friend, hes the only one who can compete with me. He only would have gotten in the way of my goal.
*Sakura glares at Naruto's body, his jacket is stained with blood*
Sasuke: Sakura you are either with me or against me, if you love me the way you say, you would come, Naruto is not important now.
*Sakura still crying, thinks about Naruto, and the village, or being with her true love*
Sasuke: What is it going to be...Sakura?
*Suddenly Naruto's body poofs, and disappears*
*In a blink of a eye he is over Sasuke, and attempts to hit him with the Rasengan*
*Sasuke dodges it, backing up, barely dodging Naruto's attack*
Naruto: Sasuke, what are you doing! Why-
Sasuke: Foolish little Naruto, so strong but still so naïve.
Sasuke: I'm a Uchiha, I have no reason to be here in the village anymore.
*Naruto thinks in his head: So its happening, I didn't want to believe it, Sasuke does have something bad in mind*
*Sasuke charges at Naruto, at the same time Naruto draws his spring loaded Kunai from his sleeve*
*They both trade strikes, with there weapons, Sasuke enhaces his blade with lightning style, and Naruto enhances his Kunai with Wind*
*They charge once more pinning their weapons against one another, unable to move*
*A screeching sound occurs from the wind kunai, and lightning sword scrapping each other*
*They both struggle*
Sasuke: Sakura, quickly attack Naruto!
*Naruto looks at Sakura*
Naruto: Err Sasuke, you're sick!
