Naruto is in KCM mode, if any of them had any negative intentions he would have sensed, and act as accordingly. Yet he's acting like Saskue in on his side.

This is very true. Then again Kishimoto stopped caring long ago, he might have forgotten KCM Naruto has that ability. If Sasuke had any hidden bad intentions Naruto should sense it.
