Yeah I think that whoever takes charge next over the village needs to be able to do both, Make harsh decisions when needed but at the same time be rational.
Very fishy! I think it's either that he still secretly wants revenge against the leaf or that he wants to run it but in the same style that danzo did.I don't see Naruto make harsh decisions as a Hokage, but then again when he's pushed in that situation he might just fix the problem himself by beating whoever he has to beat to make a solution =D
But to come back to the Sasuke matter, he did have a change of heart (causse he apologized to karin) but there's still something fishy about him.

Always has been that away, but the goal for the past few years has been to bring him back to the good side so idk it's confusing. He might have hated Danzo but as he was going to burn down the biju's in order to bring peace it's basically the same scenario with Danzou wanting to bring "peace" by destroys his clan, so in that way they are similar.I don't know about that. He would make a perfect second Danzou, but he hated Danzou and his ways. It might remind him too much about what Itachi had to do. And, when has Sasuke done anything for someone else? He woulnd't care about the villagers. Not as long as it would benefit himself. I'm sure that his current weird intentions only have any value for him and him alone. Sasuke's the typical 'me, myself and I' type.
