[Theory] Sasuke's True Goal

As we already know the Uchiha clan planned coup d'etat in order to take over the village and failed. Now to the point, after hearing hashirama's tale, sasuke might be thinking this:

1. Take over the village like his father planned. (In doing so he will achieve what his father couldnt achieve and restore his clan's name and pride).
2. Protect the village in his own way by becoming hokage and respecting his brothers whishes. And
3. Bang sakura and karin to create new uchiha. (Sorry i couldnt hold back to mention this one. Though its only a comedic relief).

Probably or he might create his own village. He might also not be following itachi anymore, he already has his approval and love no matter what he does,itachi said it himself. So sasuke might be up to anything truthfully.

As Kishi seems to like to be repetitive, I assume a Hasirama and Madara battle is going to happen. Not for the mere title of Hokage, but for who is "right" to determine the future of shinobi, and the tailed beasts. Their ideals are complete opposites when it comes to the future.

Their fight was to determine the future of Kohona so to speak, Naruto and Sasuke's fight will be over the future of the whole ninja world assuming they will be the strongest after this whole war arc is over. It's clear they have different views on the future of the ninja world; Naruto obviously cares for the bijuu, where as Sasuke thinks they're a big reason why nations fought in the first place. Sasuke obviously has ulterior motives that expand beyond the current war.

How so? It's been stated they will fight, and Sasuke clearly has said he'd like to see the bijuu destroyed and become Hokage. You mean to tell me there isn't conflict in those two scenarios? There is always the possibility of a friendly fight, or one of them will just die (Naruto most likely) by the time the war is over.

If you're assuming the hatred is over due to Sasuke talking to So6P, we never saw their dialogue, and The Sage didn't really have a choice but to give Sasuke power given the circumstances at the time. I have a hard time believing the series is going to come to an abrupt end after this war, there will be an arc to wrap up everything. After all most of the land is destroyed, along with some villages, and thousands of people dead. To just say "war is over, all is good and peaceful, thee end" would be slightly ridiculous.
