Sasuke is jealous of naruto, he won't , never will in my opinion.

Sasuke was lost in darkness. Now he does not care for anyone most of the times. Sasuke has already acknowledged Naruto & his strength. But he ignores Naruto often as he always has some other goal to accomplish.

However in the heart, Sasuke already noticed Naruto & his strength. Just Sasuke needs to be more open/expressive about his feelings instead of suppressing his feelings in heart.
