So are Sasuke and Naruto.
At least the author doesn't bs and have Natsu actually kick ass and not have fights end in suicides, or draws.

And that if that's the case i'd rather them be like Natsu and automatically strong. Cutting out the training bs that we all know is unnecessary development if they don't legit lose or legit win. if fights never end in a result that isn't suicide or an interruption.
That's probably why Itachi is so liked. He never really shown training. Already strong as **** and always wins...
The topic is which of their trainings are superior. This has nothing to do with what FT is like or wether the characters have plot armor or what not.

Naruto's training did matter. He was destined to only tap into his potential if he trained hard and had support like Ashura did.
