If that's the case he should be able to use Preta and Human path on Naruto from a distance without touching him.

Obito needed to touch Naruto's forehead to kill him with human path so why doesn't Lord Sasuke just do it

This is probably what make the tomoed Rinnegan more powerful than the normal Rinnegan.

Naruto would be killed if Sasuke used his Six Paths Jutsu on a range, but he didn't because he didn't want to kill Naruto because he is his best friend.

The only thing that can absorb chakra without contact is the Gedo mazo vessel and I think that's what Sasuke did there but replaced the statue with his Susano'o.
The Chibaku Tensei is very impressive but the Ocular Genjutsu he used was his Mangekyo/Sharingan powers to place them in an illusion since he's the only one who has the feats of using his sharingan powers through his Rinnegan, Amatersu.

Doujutsu genjutsu never required a physical touch. Obito took control of Kurama while he was still in Kushina.

Sasuke probably can make anything a core for Chibaku Tensei. I’ll give ya that.

& im pretty sure he could absorb without touching them because chibaku tensei is also a seal.
He had complete control over them atm.

That's an interesting way to look at it because he was able to absorb the bijuu inside the CT cores so logically anything that's effected by his chakra he should be able to absorb their chakra while they are under his control.

Sasukes preta path requires direct touch while as he can absorb constructs with susanoo from long range

Definitely Madara sama was nerfed and hot with deus ex machina. It's not really fair to compare the two, Madara's is a yin yang rinnegan(embodying rokudo chakra and yin yang release) and Sasuke's is a purely yin based rinnegan(yin chakra amped up to rokudo level via sage handout).

Sasuke didn' t absorb the beasts chakra, he controlled it, changed its nature into lighting, and then put this mass into his susano'o, not in his body.
No Sasuke can' t absorb chakra from distance.
