Actually, I have stated that as well. The Rinnengan was shown with the ability to connect multiple ppl though not in this way Anyway the bijuu are connected so its possible Sasuke could get to all of them through one bijuu

I think his eye works like a camera. He probably looked at all of them within his hemispherical radius and saw all of them all at once and made it look as if he didn't make eye contact. I'm also pretty sure that Sasuke caught their gaze even before they managed to circle around him, which would make it more easier for him to catch them all with a single glance.
