Izanami and Izanagi r forbidden genjutsu alongside being Kinjutsu on cost of the eye of user untill now only shown working on single target aka Izanagi on the person using it and Izanami on Kabuto.

Kakashi suggested it was possible when he told Kurenai and Asuma to keep their eyes closed when he attempted to resist Tsukuyomi.

That is because all that was required was for them look into his eyes to get hit by tsukuyomi. If itachi stared in their direction with their eyes on him then they would be caught, but the Hachibi was behind Sasuke . Sasuke could have gotten all of those infront of him with that method, but he would have to turn and do it again for those in the back.

In both those parts@ bold neither of which could be described as a glance. If someone took a glance at a menu they would only look at it. they wouldn't view multiple things. We are talking about the term a glance because that is what was used. YOu can't view things in a 360 angle with a glance.

You can only tell he's spinning since you saw his entire body.
You can't tell if he's spinning in the second scan cuz you can only see his face.

Actually you're trying to define Single Glance =Single being, when that's not a fact you take a single glance and still be able to look at multiple things, whether Sasuke turn or not is up for debate as Kishi only drew his eye.

Exactly, we can't tell if he spun around or not for sure.
there was only one panel showing him using one glance and then the TB fell to the genjutsu, if he spun, Kishi would have drawn a panel where he shows that he did, like he did when Sasuke spun when he used Amaterasu in the Kabuto fight, yet none of that sort was shown.

YOur eyes still never left the menu [hence a glance] as i was saying you can't twirl around and it be considered a single glance. A single look isn't in 360 degrees, because you r making multiple brief looks. That would be considered glancing over.
