There wasn't a close-up on Sasuke's Rinnegan and most of those panels. It could be easily recognize as a drawing mistake. Also, I don't believe in this theory. This is same theory similar to people whining about him awakening Rinnegan in the other eye because one Rinnegan makes it unbalance or something like that. Also, I don't believe in the "more Sasuke use Rinnegan, the more his Comma transition into Rinnegan" theory either and that he awaken it on his own.
It doesn't matter if there were close ups of his eyes every time. My theory proves that there is a continuum
of which his eye follows. The only debatable point is why he got 6 tomoe back after using it 3 times and being shown with no tomoe. I explain that as well but that is just a theory so feel free to believe what you want. TBH though, that is one heck of a drawing mistake. And not just one but according to you at least 4 drawing mistakes on major panels of sasukes eye. I like how people assume drawing mistake when it suits them. In reality a drawing mistake really is rare, yes it happens but not as much as people make it out to be.

As far as the second part. Well that makes no sense. IDGAF if he awakens rinnegan in the other eye, I like it as is.

And finally that is because you assume drawing mistake for every panel. It is clear he is using some jutsu with his eye and that for whatever reason his tomoe are disappearing. You can assume drawing mistake for one or two panels, please don't assume them for every one, that is just silly.
