How OP would Sasuke will be if he has both Tenseigan Rinnegan eyes. What do you think? He would be the strongest in Naruto world, don't you think?

Tenseigan grants power similar to RSM with TSB, that combined with Sasuke's rinnegan which is superior to Madara's, Sasuke indeed would be more powerful than Madara
And if Sasuke can see Madaras limbo they would be no better than shadow clones
