Does anyone think Sasuke can train his Rinnishift technique and "evolve" it.

It can be assumed that Sasuke's technique has some sort of connection to Kaguya's Dimensional Shifting technique. Perhaps Sasuke's potential can grow to that level for that technique?

sasuke evolved chidori with (Chidori Nagashi, Chidori Sharp Spear, Chidori Senbon) and he became completely precise with Enton Manipulation its not crazy to think he won't get used to it and improve it, he's done it with everything really
