It's not something you achieve, they're something you obtain. So, no, he doesnt have the 3 legendary ITEMS. Itachi has them, plus as a side-note, they're spiritual items, and Sasuke hasn't done anything in terms of spirituality lol

Have they ever been stated as such? No. Itachi's weapons were stated to be legendary the minute he used them. Right now Sasuke's bow and arrows are no different than the two swords Madara wields with his susanoo. They're simply regular weapons.

Susanoo can be controlled like chakra, its just another form of chakra manipulation except its a doujutsu. Sasuke is manipulating it to be a bow and arrows. Just like he can manipulate amateratsu to turn into frisbies.

Itachi only had 2 there is a 3rd (some kinda necklace) and Sasuke could get it, hell for all we know it could be in the scroll that Suigetsu found:shrug:

I agree with this, and the rest can be chalked up to the fact that he was fighting 5 kages, which is no easy task (with the exception of Madara lol)

Granted A would have probably died as well. He broke through his Amaterasu Susano'o once to B*tchslap him. He would have done it again.
