In this time Sasuke first dashed [Without him teleporting since it wasn't in his range] towards Madara, when Madara the moment Madara put the eye in his socket Sasuke already came in range and teleported + cutted Madara in half, doing this all while Kakashi wasn't even halfway of falling down.



But yet people say Minato > Sasuke.. Keep in mind that Sasuke doesn't need any seals or Kunai's to teleport instantly

As appears till now, Sasuke's body has speed. While Minato has a special jutsu for this.
Remember the attack of Kyuubi in hidden leaf.
Minato just came back to village from the baby spot in a flash. I think Sasuke can't do that.
But still Sasuke's body is way too fast.

Stop trolling, tobirama alreadi tried blitzing an inferior version of madara, he failed and got put on his ass, gai needs 8th gate for that lv of speed madara already countered his 7th gate, minato also tried to hit him but failed and gat fodderized, Sasukes speed is def sumtin special, blitzing a juubi jin is dope as hell.
