OT: Gravity was already lifted off as Naruto and even Sakura was able to move.

you people forget that sasuke's jutsu works in a limited rang. that mean all naruto has to do is match that speed within that rang. sasuke's jutsu may be instant, but since it works in a small rang that makes the advantage it would normally have moot. since naruto is so fast, he can get to a target at the same time as sasuke. but since he is already in motion no speed is lost when he has to attack. so this is just wrong. now if sasuke didn't have a range then it would be different.

Teleportation is alright and all but it can still be countered by foot speed like when Madara avoided Tobirama's FTG.

What matters is the ability to hit your opponent and Naruto seems to have the best overall mix-up, but this is not Sasuke's fault since the series is named Naruto after all and Naruto is the host of Ashura the Indra-slayer.

Minato is considered the flash because of fast thinking and he uses ftg justu in a much faster way

Who would get there first? My money is on Naruto. Although Minato could pull an upset if the rock is near a pre-place seal. Minato would get 2nd easily in two different fashions. He would throw his Kunai 100m at a time and just teleport to it. Or just tap Naruto before the race and wait for him to reach the end then teleport to him. I just don't see how Sasuke could possibly beat either one or even make it close.

Fast was not referring to FTG itself. Minato was fast because he himself was very reflexive and fast with its execution.
