I think a lot of people overlook his feat against Madara because he stopped to get Kakashi's eye-he didn't even stop.

However, they don't see that he did it so fast that Kakashi didn't even have time to finish reacting to the pull.

Here you can see that Sasuke got to Madara before Kakashi could even react entirely to the pull from Madara.

So Madara got the eye and put it in place before Kakashi could fully turn his head from the pull, yet he couldn't completely
react to Sasuke. You can see that after Sasuke sliced Madara, Kakashi was still turning and was barely putting his hand on the ground to balance himself.

These guys are on a different level of speed.
