Sasukes Shunshin

So can anyone please tell me what shunshin exactly means? I thought it's a teleportation technique?
And also what's this black thing Sasuke's floating on? Is it his Jutsu as well?

Shushin is just high body movement by focusing your chakra...the longer the distance the more chakra required.

Sasuke doesnt use Shushin,its a time space Rinnegan technique.

Although he did use Shushin when he cut Madara in half since his technique had a limited range

What Sasuke uses with his left Rinnegan isn't Shunshin, it's a space-time technique. Space-time techniques are based around teleportation so they have nothing to do with movement. Shunshin is translated as Teleportation but it's only high speed movement. It isn't teleportation.
