Is there something special about Sasuke's MS n EMS since his ems n ms r d only ones that have a black background and red design. And also his sharingan ( d normal 1) keeps rotating

It's just a different design. There's nothing different about his abilities. It might be the result of awakening his own Mangekyou after he already forcefully awakened Itachi's version.

About rotating >.> it's not only with sasuke, but kakashi and itachi has that to, nothing special about that. The MS of sasuke that is special, is the fact that the red color takes form instead of the black color. But if that means something i dont think so
