Example- sasuke throws rock at opponent. Opponent dodges the rock. Sasuke uses his rinnegan to swap places with the rock. He kills enemy

Con - he can use it in rapid succession like ftg which can be used constantly. He has a cool down for i say between 5-30mins which means if he uses his Ability and fails he is at point blank range and can be one shotted then and there

I remember Sasuke saying something like "my eye is ready now" that would indicate a cool down time especially since he had his eye closed before.

It's a good theory...
But 30 min cool down is a bit too much, IMO regular Sharingan Dojutsu rules apply here...
- Anything within eyesight and can be focused on, can be swapped with Sasuke or anything...
- Regular usage puts a strain on user's eye hence a cool down period...

It's a good ability and totally surpasses previous S/T Dojutsus...

Why would he throw a throw a rock? he can just switch places with any spot, it doesn't have to have to be an actual object, that would just be regular substitution
