Con - he can use it in rapid succession like ftg which can be used constantly. He has a cool down for i say between 5-30mins which means if he uses his Ability and fails he is at point blank range and can be one shotted then and there

what is clear so far is that it has a range.. he cannot swap himself with just anything an object must have a certain mass to it.. we do not know if he can use it in rapic succession due to chakra or strain issues.. this remains to be seen
