Minato has never shown to cross into other dimensions with Hiraishin. He teleports around, in the same dimension.

Obito already stated that he needs to sync his Kamui to Kaguya's jutsu.

Sasuke's is definitely superior to Hiraishin.

-Both teleport the user, but Sasuke can teleport anywhere in his range. Minato needs a marking.

-Both allow you to move things, but Minato needs his chakra to be touching whatever he wants to teleport, or he needs to touch it himself. Sasuke only needs the items to be in his range.

-Sasuke's allows him to switch places with anything in range. Minato can pull this off, but he needs a clone or another Hiraishin user, and he needs to have both him and thing he wants to switch places with marked.

Kamui is a contender, because of its long ranged warping (Extremely fast) and its short range warping, along with intangiblity, and the actual ability to travel into another dimension, and other dimensions that aren't Kamuiland, given you sync.

Shadow Clones divide chakra equally among the clones. When the clones disperse the chakra that was not sued returns to the original. Naruto only has 1 clone, meaning his real body has 50% chakra and his clone as well.

He has a shuushin just like A, Hanzo, and Shishui.

. In all examples, he teleports other objects. He uses it on madara twice and once against kaguya. I don't recall any shunshin technique that can be used by one wielder, on others.
