It has its uses in battle but for everyday use that could be amazing.

Swap a girl's skirt with a pebble particle (jkjkjk), swap the ramen somebody is about to eat with a rock, troll a person who's trying to climb a staircase by constantly sending them to the bottom. Lol with this jutsu if Sasuke goes to jail (I know he won't), he could swap himself with the jail warden then amaterasu the keys right in front of him.

I think it has too many restrictions to be that useful in battle unless you swap a headband with a sword, but it'd be fun to see it being used in daily life, if Sasuke had a lighter personality.
