naruto's sun seal doesnt revive, it breathes life to realease yang power as its 'yang' from hagoromo. thats the power, not to give chakra you moron. sasuke hasnt done anything yet with his moon seal (yin power) because yin's ability is to create physical form from nothingness. and its not necessary now, as his focus is to seal kaguya. learn before talking
and no, IT is different from any other genjutsu. you can not just wake them up by giving chakra. if its that easy, sakura would have done it.
naruto knows, to be waken up from genjutsu, someone needs to be given chakra and they could awake. but after the IT was over, naruto even asked sasuke how to wake everyone up.
