He said original pair. What original pair did Sasuke awaken his rinnegan with?
Even the mangekyo sharingan doesn't awaken with two mangekyo's sometimes, it's common that they do but sometimes they don't.

Like kaguya her sharingan is only awakened with one eye and not two, that does not mean she needs a second eye to utilize her full powers. Some doujutsus just come with that very one eye. I think it's a better way for Sasuke so he won't lose his sharingan abilities such as copying jutsus, matching chakra ratio, and reading movements from his opponents.

That's why i said original pair and original user >> 2 pair that's not the original user.

All MS awaken as a pair but like Kakashi and Obito if those eyes aren't together they'll always he at half power.

Bro I think it's a pure Yin eye the reason for that is because Hashirama was dead and Ashura's chakra had passed onto Naruto. Therefore the hashi cells didn't actually give him the Yang chakra and Hogaromo concentrated his yin potency awakening the rinnegan but with sharingan dominance. So it's directly from Hogaromo.

It's not pure Yin because Rinegan requires high level of Yang that only Ashura possesses. Sasuke's dojutsu represents a uniquely strong Yin affinity but it doesn't meant it's purely Yin.

That's not true I think their are two types of rinnegan. The standard rinnegan which requires yin and yang. Or the rinne sharingan which requires high potency yin in other words Hogaromo's yin + Indra's Yin which doubles it up past Hogaromo's level allowing for the rinne sharingan.

Hogaromo gave his yin potency to Sasuke and yang to Naruto that's why neither has the other 1/2. For a regular rinnegan it's understandable to have both since Hogaromo had both but rinne sharingan is totally different.

Think of it like this 1 yin allows sharingan 2 times yin allows 2 ring sharingan so it's like 3 times yin allows for rinne sharingan of kaguya(I'm speculating on this part).

So what's the argument then? Sasuke and Madara are the original owner of their eyes (technically since ems requires transplant).
So in terms of ocular capabilities sasuke and madara with both their eyes are the same thing.

Now in terms of it being used by a different person in (original pair of eyes), that's another story because dms kakashi and nagato happened.

It's definitely the purest yin eye after the 3 ring rinnesharingan. In power it's equal to the yin yang rinnegan of Hogaromo and Madara.

Probably so that they can still portray Sasuke with his trademark eye in promo images since Rinnegan can't be deactivated.

The Rinnegan can be deactivated . Didn't Sasuke have his deactivated in Naruto : The Last movie ?

That was an error on Studio Pierrot's part. Even when Sasuke's right eye is deactivated his Rinnegan always remains active, and he closed his eye during the period Madara was in the Kamui dimension with Obito instead of simply deactivating it.

I personally believe that Hagoromo's gift to both Naruto & Sasuke was made for them be even stronger than Hagoromo's own power. Sasuke's Yin > Hagoromo's Yin seeing that Sasuke has the strongest Rinnegan in the NV. His rinnegan allows him to perform Rinnegan feats as well as Sharingan feats which no other rinnegan can do. His rinnegan is also so powerful that it allows him to perform Kaguya-like feats such as creating portals and etc. The power is his dojutsu is only 2nd to Kaguya. Kaguya > Sasuke > Hagoromo > Madara

Its the same case w Naruto. Hagoromo's gift allowed his power to be above his own power as well. Naruto's Yang > Hagoromo's Yang seeing that Naruto has the strongest RSM in the NV. Judging from the past , the same RSM that Hagoromo gave to Asura allowed him to rival his brother's power and seeing that Naruto can not only use that same power but can combine it w the power of the w tailed beasts , it puts him at a higher level than anyone that is not named Kaguya. Kaguya > Naruto > Hagoromo > Madara > Obito

Even as an Adult it's active when his other eye isn't active. The wiki doesn't make sense and isn't even a valid source. Why would he keep his Rinnegan active by choice but deactivate his Sharingan?

His Rinnegan is stated to be given to him by Hagoromo in DB4. Author probably intended it to be similar to Rinne Sharingan, hence why it can teleport and cast Genjutsu, but that's about it; it can't use Madara's Limbo or Nagato's Six Paths, since those are unique to specific users, as stated in the manga and databook.

That's not even true. The Last part comes totally out of your ass. It was stated both in the Databook and the manga that the owner of the Rinnegan can ultilize the six paths.

In all honesty, it's most likely just character design. He looks cooler this way, and can hide his rinnegan with his hair like the edgelord he is.
