We all know that eyes are strongest in pairs...and Sasuke has like one eah of EMS and rinnegan so that means he can utilise both only to half their potential or can he use their full power? IF he can utilise only half his techniques, his strength isn't as OP as it is made out to be by Sasuke's followers is that correct or not? I mean he could use all the techniques but they wouldn't be exactly Madara level right?

Sasuke's rinnegan like kaguya's rinne sharingan are exempt from that rule.

Only eyes that are awakened as pairs can produce their full power when together.

Well considering the Rinnegan has 9 Tomei and seems to be on par (If not stronger) than the double Rinnegan, I'd say he got the best of both worlds. I mean it didn't hinder his ability to use any of his EMS techs and granted him Amenjakara (I butchered that spelling I know) something the double Rinnegan doesn't seem to have. I'd say the only thing he's missing out on are Limbo clones

No, the EMS and rinnegan with tamoes allows sasuke to not only fully utilize his sharingan abilities but they are even better now. however, if he overuses it. his rinnegan will default to base rinnegan and his EMS will default to base 3T sharingan and he will be unable to use his mangekyou abilities until it recharges.

You do realize that his single rinnegan eye can used 'First class' Rinnegan jutsu like CT and ST like techniques wheres Madara need his second Rinnegan to able to used CT. His eye have power of double rinnegan and ++

Sasuke's eyes is a pair he don't have any transplanted eye's.

I don't know how people don't seem to get this concept, but:

It has been made clear by the manga that doujutsu that possess 6 or more tomoe like Sasuke's rinnegan or the rinne sharingan possess power that is equal to or greater than the power granted by doujutsu awakened in pairs. In other words:

6 tomoe rinnegan >= dual rinnegan
Rinne Sharingan > all other known doujutsus

6+ tomoe eyes are an exception to the "(insert doujutsu here) is strongest when both eyes are present" rule.

As for your comment about having one EMS, I somewhat think you are trolling with this thread. Sasuke did not lose his other EMS eye when he awakened the rinnegan. The design simply doesn't show in that eye. Sasuke can still use all of his mangekyou techniques, and this was even shown during the battle with Kaguya when Sasuke used amaterasu with his rinnegan eye.

The owner that awakens a doujutsu with the same pair of eyes can utilize their full power. Sasuke awakened his rinnegan eye with another EMS eye so he can use full power of his rinnegan, EMS, and MS. So even though he has one eye he doesn't have any limitations in comparison to those with both rinnegan eyes but anything that will require two rinnegan eyes to preform, Sasuke would not be able to use them.
