[Discussion] Sasukes Rinnegan

So back when Sasuke first got his rinnegan there was discussion regarding why sasukes tomoe on his rinnegan kept disappearing and then reappearing. My thoughts and some other peoples were that it was directly linked to his usage of his rinnegan's abilities. others said it was just drawing mistakes. Well this chapter confirmed that it was not a drawing mistake. Spoiler for the latest chapter of gaiden follows:

So basically, he activates the 6 Tomoe Rinnegan the same as his EMS (Which btw, is only MS in the drawing)

Regular Rinnegan is active with 3 Tomoe Sharingan

So since he can deactivate his Sharingan (seen in the chapter 700), he can deactivate his Rinnegan now too. (A lot of people knew this already, but some didn't)

I don't know how many times I've tried using this exact reference to get people to understand, that his eye powers were weak.
That's why he didn't activate Susano'o when he fought shin. Because he couldn't even activate MS...

he fixed the rinnegan but he messed the EMS with the MS , logic :sdo:

Or maybe it was INDEED a drawing mistake, but he decided to give it an explanation in today's chapter.

Too bad he screwed again EMS, to which I'm sure he'll give an EXCELLENT explanation in future chapters.

It's as I've been telling people for ages; the Sharingan's power lies in the tomoe.

Mangekyō is basically six tomoe arranged into a unique pattern, but Sasuke's Haggers-sourced Rinnegan allows him to combine the overall power of both ocular dōjutsu, somewhat akin to the original Rinne Sharingan but on a lesser scale.

Lol it still takes around 10 mins to get his eye power back.

In the Naruto vs Sasuke fight we see Sasuke teleport behind Naruto and then in the next page he activates susanoo.

So using the basic rinnegan teleport to swap with objects doesn't seem to significantly weaken his eye power even though he still lost tomoe for a short time.

Also we see him use rinnegan teleport 3 times in a row vs Madara.

The dimesion wrap has a much bigger cooldown.

Sasuke could have improved with his basic rinnegan teleport so its cooldown may be reduced.

I thought sasuke has 4 level of eyes:
1) plain right eye, basic rinnegan
2) basic sharingan, 3 tomoes rinnegan
3) mangekyou sharingan, 6 tomoes rinnegan
4) eternal mangekyou sharingan, 9 tomoes rinnegan

It doesn't look like Sasuke's left eye can ever turn black. Thats probably why he covers his eye with his hair. If anyone was listening he said he couldn't use his eyes full power because sometime ago he used his space-time to jump to Kaguya Ōtsutsuki‎‎'s demention. Which took up alot of power and drained his eyes. So it looks like Sasuke has 2 forms of rinnegan. It also looked like it drained his EMS too.
