Ok people have been calling it substitution jutsu im goin to give you my take on it agree with me dont couldnt careless

sasukes left eye makes him able to teleport him another person or object in a certain range instantly its not better than FTG but not worst either for FTG to work you need to be linked to the object or person for example you need to be touching it phyically or connected by chakra or marked liked minatos kunai also FTG range is alot better

and can be spammed but that doesnt make it better as sasuke rinnegan does not have to be connected with the person or object in any way as long as your in his range he will teleport you or him self and its very quick

as seen here when he instantly teleported madara it was to quick for even him to dodge

those who say his range is shit is wrong its not amazing like FTG but its not bad at all if you look how far away sasukes sword was from him

those who say he can teleport without swapping are wrong sasuke cannot just teleport he has to swap but he can swap with anything from a peddle on the floor

now i have no problem with this because unless sasuke is fighting in the hyperbolic time chamber theres always going to be something to swap with from an opponent to a patch of grass think how op this is he can throw his sword then switch while itss being thrown and with shuriken or any object its unconfirmed if he can swap with jutsu yet

lastly teleporting people to fight sasuke you cant be near him as in his range you are just a play thing for him to teleport around

down sides: 1 we dont know how many time sasuke can use this its not like ftg he does get tired
2 we dont know the exact range
3 there is a range

I am sure Sasuke's new eye power is not a substitution jutsu. Substitution can only used with wood logs . It have limits. You can't use this technique where no tree exist. But as you said Sasuke can replace with anything from a pebble to a floor. Unlike FTG you don't need to mark the person o place. It's indeed a strong dojutsu.
