when i see this last chapter and it shows madara's 3rd eye , i see that madara's 3rd eye and sasuke's rinnegan are exactly the same...

does it means that sasuke can do the same thing with the moon?

and by the way,why is it red?
(it was showed in the colored chapters in somewhere else)

They said that that is how they plan on breaking the genjutsu so I would assume that Sasuke can perform IT or at least an extremely high level genjutsu.
