I couldn't really tell what sasuke was doing with his rinnegan, what is the new power he achieved with the rinnegan, speed, teleporting?

It hasn't been really explained yet but it looks like he is swapping places with objects. Read the chapter again and you can see him swapping places with his sword. Not sure though.

But it's clear some type of space-time jutsu like FTG.

But at the end..he teleported or w/e to Madara and his sword was no where to be seen
