It's stated that Madara transplanted hashiramas cells right? Well the sage said that this happened before the transmigration was over. Sasuke received chakra/dna from hashirama true enough but ashura was already clingy to naruto meaning sasuke doesn't have asura's chakra.! How's that for components for the rinnegan.!
Note: I do think sasuke has the rinnegan but on another note he may not if kishi plans to keep naruto & sasuke equal.
