Well, it was that theory about Heaven and Earth, that I read some minutes ago.
There is another thing symbolized with that thing. Madara summaried it, but didnt go in details.
The Yin and Yang chakra symbolize Heaven and Earth. It symbolizes the two sons of SO6P too. One with the body-related inheritance(Earth, Senju Ancestor) and one with spiritual-related inheritage(Uchiha Ancestor, Heaven). Everybody knows that Sasuke and Naruto represent those two sons of SO6P,
Since the story is coming to an end, Naruto and Sasuke have to symbolize the two sons perfectly. Maybe Naruto already does, or wil with the next powerup. Sasuke does, but he lacks something> SO6P's doujutsu. He will get Rinnegan somehow in the battle, but he didnt transplant any Senju DNA in himself.
Here I present Obito's role in this story. He thought that he will use Sasuke as a weapon, this is why he was watched by Black Zetsu. One thing here too. White(possible symbol of the good/illuminated side, the Senju) Zetsu has died before Naruto began to resemble the Senju Ancestor perfectly(notice that he looks like the SO6P in BM, so he inherited his body). The black(symbol of hatred, darkness, things related to Uchiha) Zetsu died, but Sasuke just got the EMS BEFORE Zetsu's death. So maybe the next powerup will make him resemble the Uchiha Ancestor? What can it be? Of course a doujutsu-related thing, and the first thing that comes to our mind is Rinnegan, the next step of EMS.
But in order to awaken it, he needs to `almost die` with Senju DNA in him. The main battle(Sasuke's crew, the army, Naruto vs those over-powered mother****ers) will surely leave some wounds, maybe mortal ones. So, Sasuke will get one?
I call again for the Senju DNA. Obito has a lot of this thing in the Gedo Mazou. So, maybe, while transplanting Itachi's eyes, Obito managed to transplant some Senju DNA, without Sasuke noticing?
Just like he did with those Zetsu.
