Sasuke's rinnegan vs Madara's rinnegan

I hope all of u have noticed that there is a difference btw Sasuke's rinnegan and Madara's rinnegan... Sasuke's rinnegan has commas but Madara's rinnegan just has lines I wonder if anyone knows y?

no rinnegan can't be awaken if one does not possess uchiha's eyes and senju's tissues or cells Madara in his last fight bit of a tiny part of Hashirama and after transplanting it into his body he awakened rinnegan just before he was going to die he then gave his eyes to nagato

It's just a different design. There is no such thing as a stronger tomoe rinnegan, otherwise you'd be mocking Hagormoo's rinnegan as well. Sasuke awakened his rinnegan in a different method and what we've seen those tomoe indicate in the manga is if he's at full power or not. It's just a gauge.

No its real. A Sharinnegan has the power to cast IT something a Rinnegan doesn't have. Its the tomoes in his eyes which is the combination of the Rinnegan and Sharingan. Madara and Kaguya also have one. The name might be fanfic as there wasn't a clear name for the eye but this name suits the properties this eye posesses.

that must be it sasuke awakened rinnegan by not gaining senjus tissues or cells but he awakened rinnegan by receiving chakra or power from sage of six paths but that path doesn't indicate if hes on full power or not because his rinnegan always stays the same i haven't seen anywhere sasuke's rinnegan with straigh lines

well it could be but we have never seen sasuke use IT so its also just a concept.... moreover Itachi was the only one to use tsukyomi .... finite tsukyomi however was used by obito in a movie without rinnegan.... Madara was also able to cast IT with the moon which resulted in catching everyone into genjutsu

to answer your Q it is most likely becoz it allows sasuke to use Genjutsu,Amaterasu and Dimension travel
