OT: I imagine it's supposed to be since it comes off as rage strongest doujutsu being that it an eye similar to the eye with the Juubi, the Shinju, Madara and Kaguya. We need more feats first.

That's incorrect.

Kamui is useful, but we don't know if its possible to awaken another eye like that, plus a possibly new forehead doujutsu.
All in all its average.
Obito was more experienced with his jutsu and or many plot holes to keep him from getting owned.

It's a difficult question to answer at the moment as there haven't been enough feats performed by it to display its power over 2 Rinnegan. Though as Necromancer4276 has stated, the abilities of it are most likely amplified to a greater degree.
