Sasuke's Rinnegan Misunderstood or Overrated

No one in the entire series has closed their eye when using doujutsu to conserve chakra except Kakashi because it was exhausting him, with the possible exception of Itachi during the fire jutsu clash, but he was almost blind and it's possible that that was just for dramatic effect when he opened it to do amaterasu. Not saying he won't get a second, but it isn't any more likely than him just having that one.



Couple things.. he said they were never-ending... he was clearly having trouble dealing with them so it's very clear where I got that from, no idea where you got the slicing it 100 times from (those are not cuts they are the cracks in the debris forming the meteor, and saying who cares is not a point of argument, it matters if the most powerful variation of the Rinnegan lacks the functions of its weaker predecessor.

Idk why you think that cutting some rocks was difficult for him that's clearly your opinion just because he says they never end does not mean its difficult it's just pointing out that it's many meteorites...and when it shows him cutting the first rock you can clearly see his swords cutting different parts not just 1 slice through the middle... 1 slice will not make the 2 halves crumble into many pieces so he had to cut the meteorite into a lot of pieces maybe not 100 slices but a lot ... Only madaras Rinnegan has been shown to use all the basic Rinnegan techniques .. Sasuke has awakened a different Rinnegan so you can't expect him to have the same abilities as madara ... It could be like how every sharingan is different and has different abilities... Pain/obito had madaras Rinnegan ... So that's why they all could use madaras techniques..

It was never even implied in the series that the Rinnegan has different variations in terms of its basic techniques like the sharingan.

I'm sure we will learn more about sasuke Rinnegan and how different it is cause it still needs to be explained ...why is it called a Rinnegan when it looks different from the The normal Rinnegan ? How did the sage give sasuke an eye he doesn't have? Only the sage mother has the Rinnegan sasuke currently has ... The sage said his mother had the POWER of the sharingan NOT the sharingan... So I still believe it's a Rinnegan but why does it look different?

It's not a sharingan technique, or every uchiha wouldn't of died against itachi during the massacre.

Danzo wouldn't of needed senju cells to use it either.

Just making a point here, to be fair Izanagi was never stated to require senju cells, Danzo used those cells only to prolong the duration of the technique. If senju cells were a requirement then the Uchiha clan members that were spamming the hell out of it to the point that Izanami had to be created would've never had access to it, because obviously none of them had senju dna. What the sage used wasn't Izanagi, it was banbutsu sozo, of which Izanagi is the watered down version of. When I said Sasuke's technique was something like Izanagi I did not mean to say that it was actually Izanagi (unless of course his new ability is the result of not only the new eye, but also the new eye's harmonization with his EMS too). If it is indeed something yin-based, it is beyond basic Izanagi and not just in the sense of not costing an eye.
