What you are proposing is already being used by obito , who creates "portals" or "black holes" which can be used to transfer to different places.
Minato already said that this way of teleportation is better and this S/T technique overall is better than his own ftg.
Now that being said, i really doubt sasuke will unlock an ability such as this from rinnesharingan which was already unlocked by obito by getting MS.
An ability unlocked by sharinnegan should be far far above a MS ability.

But this portal ability does make sense to me but i feel there is more to it.

Honestly if sasuke actually have this ability , it would be pretty damn cool.
Imagine , if someone throws something like bijju beam at him, he can simply create two portals, and send it back to the user itself Lol.
No matter what is thrown at him, it would just go back to the user.

He could create half portals near someone's hand and then close it which will result the guy losing his hand but as i said, it is pretty much kamui which is broken as fack.

i can respect this, but i was saying it would be better than obitos. obito travels to a different plain all togther. he has to open another portal to get back here. im saying all sasuke's portals navagate the plain he currently is in. it would be like obitos but different. but your right its still realistically the same as obitos

Sasuke shows no signs of opening a portal like obito does with the swirl from his eye .. That's why I think sasuke is just teleporting

Like marking someonse who is much faster than you is easy right?? if minato comes anywere close to sasuke, it means he will be blized Neg dif, his base speed and reactions are lower than sasuke. Coming in range of sasukes means death for the poor guy. OT. Its teleportation imo. Last chapter proves it
