The perfect Jinchuriki method of breaking out of genjutsu depends on the ability for genjutsu to be broken by simply disturbing the chakra of the victim. With Sasuke's Rinnegan we see that simply isn't sufficient...so what does Naruto do if Sasuke places him under genjutsu?
